Local Moves: At Home
A bi-weekly look into the homes that make Lee’s Summit a community
Featured Home: 2620 NE Woodland Oak Drive — Lee's Summit, MO 64086
"Woodland Oaks is a neighborhood I've been watching closely. The combination of Legacy Park access and Lake Jacomo in the same ZIP code is genuinely rare — you don't usually get that kind of outdoor lifestyle built right into a suburban neighborhood. And with a new build like this one, you're getting a floor plan designed for how people actually live today. The lower level stubbed for future finishing is smart planning — it gives buyers flexibility without requiring them to commit to it on day one." — Mike Maksin, Realtor, The Hern Group/KW
